The Benjamin & Yancy Foundation, Incorporated will host its highly anticipated third Educational Workshop on 'What is Cancer?' from 10:30AM to 12:30PM at Norman Mayer Library, 3001 Gentilly Boulevard. Guest speaker, Dr. Brooke Morrell of Radiology at UMC of New Orleans, will discuss general breast cancer information and treatment options. There will be refreshments, giveaways, additional information on prostate cancer, and overall general life saving information shared. This is a free event open to the community, so feel free to invite others, but please RSVP via Eventbrite.com. The Benjamin & Yancy Foundation (BY Foundation) is a non-profit organization that supports breast and prostate cancer patients and their caregivers through medical education, screenings, supportive therapies, and much more.
